okay... so after 2 days of MC and the weekends,
i am back at work again.

that's 4 days of rest but I'm still feeling lethargic.
i think i became sick again the moment i stepped back into the office.

i'm looking at the same old files
the same old templates on my computer screen
the same old same old.

then jaz came and told me that she has applied to SIM
and will be starting school first week of july.
which means she too will be leaving the working world
and go back to the schooling times.
i'm happy for her...
and a little envious too.

then what's gonna happen to me?!
i'll be stuck in this office for some time i guess.
well for now at least i've got priya with me.
i hope she doesn't run away too.

i really want to go back to studying.
but i can't seem to get into any of the local unis,
i'm lacking the funds to go anywhere else,
and part-time courses?
just look at the subjects...
they only have like 8-12 subjects
for the whole d*mn course!
besides a piece of paper called a degree,
i don't think i'm gonna get very much out of it.

alright. at least i've got a job.
i have a standard income.
i've got medical benefits and annual leave.
not too bad.

but i still wanna go back to school?
where? when? study what?
