This is a Shocker!

i went to Mango on the very first day of its sales.
went with Twin... and it was so damn pack.
go right straight to the dress and jeans sections...
just wanted to get the needs.
didn't see anything i like and i couldn't stand the squeezing.
i know Twin doesn't like it too although she didn't say anything.
i think she mentioned it the last time i saw her at the Mango sales.
we left soon after without getting anything.

there was no way i could give up on a Mango sales.
the only reason i could make myself walk out of there is because i knew i was going back again on Saturday with Mummy.

then comes saturday. WEE!!!
Mango here i come... again!

i went to 3 Mango outlets in total.
grabbed, squeezed, shoved...
it was a boobs to boobs and butt to butt affair.
amazing how we ladies fight in there and survive.

Now guess what I got from the sales...
NOTHING! ZERO!!!
Can you believe it?
Coming out from Mango with nothing... not a single piece of clothing in the bag.
me? Tammy Lim the die-hard Mango fan?
impossible! but that's the truth.

there's nothing much at this year's sales.
every jeans and pants don't fit.
every top seems to be the one 5 other ladies in town are wearing.
OMG! what's happening to my Mango?!

And i still can't believe that I got about 13 pieces at last year's sales.
and at one go... i grabbed, queued, tried, grabbed, queued, tried, choose and buy.
paid about $200-$300 or was it $300++... mummy paid.
i really did pick up a few treasures last year.
but this year it's just disappointing la...

but nope nope... i'm not going to give up yet.
there might still be the treasure buried under all that other junk.
i will still walk into my Mango when i past one...
if it's not too crowded...
and the security person isn't an asshole.

My fave Wisma Mango is still the best.
the security people will just tie your shopping bags but leave your handbags alone.
but some other outlets will insist you put your bag into a plastic bag and they'll tie it up.
so you'll have to carry this plastic bag that contains your heavy bag and you can't even sling it on your shoulders.
besides that you'd still have to hold you wallet and phone in you hands because they have sealed your bag.
how are you going to grab clothes holding all that? so lame.

Complain and complain... but i still won't give up on the Mango Sales. =)
