The "Quiet Study Period" notice states:"It must always be quiet enough to study, excepting the chill out periods"
and
"The rights of residents working takes precedence at all times"
but THEY go cut grass outside our windows with the loud lawnmower!
how dumb can people get?!
use a little common sense mate!
